Welcome to Happy House CS! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Happy House CS offers residential, commercial, and short-stay cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and the specific agreement made at the time of booking.

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for booking changes or cancellations.
• Recurring services (weekly, fortnightly) are scheduled in advance and may be subject to slight changes due to holidays or staff availability (we’ll always let you know in advance!).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price).
• If our team arrives at the property and cannot access it, a lockout fee may apply.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. Keys, access codes, or building instructions should be provided ahead of time.

• All payments are due on or before the day of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as listed on your invoice.
• Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

We pride ourselves on high-quality service. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean so we can return and address the issue — at no extra cost.

For the safety of our team, we ask that all pets are secured and that hazardous materials or environments are disclosed in advance.

While we take the utmost care, Happy House CS is insured in case of accidental damage. Please report any issues within 24 hours of service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not securely fixed.

Clients are expected to provide a safe environment and reasonable conditions for cleaning. For short-stay or Airbnb cleans, we kindly ask hosts to supply linen, towels, and basic amenities unless otherwise agreed.

Happy House CS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance.
