In 2018, I arrived in Australia determined to build a new path. I started by offering residential cleaning services, and thanks to the trust of my first clients, word quickly spread. In 2020, I decided to take the next step and founded Happy House CS.
Who We Are?
Happy House CS was created with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality cleaning services that make every space feel brand new after each visit. Our goal is for every client to walk through their door and feel a sense of freshness, order, and joy. That’s why we’re called Happy House.
Our Committed
Today, we are a passionate team committed to excellence. We carefully manage every aspect of the business from administration and accounting to customer service, human resources, and operations. We are now a team of more than 10 people, and we prioritise the wellbeing of each team member, because a happy team delivers better service.
How We’ve Grown
Our growth has been entirely organic, built on word-of-mouth and loyal clients. In fact, 80% of our bookings come through referrals, a testament to the professionalism, care, and trust we bring to every job.
Beyond the Home
Since 2022, we’ve expanded our services to include commercial spaces, common areas in residential buildings, offices, and shops. We also manage cleaning for short-stay properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
